Cork and I want you to know we love, love, love our new awning. The remote control is so slick, we just press the button and out it goes and it is absolutely beautiful. Just glides right out in no time. Doesn’t make a sound and only takes a minute. The pattern you recommended is just perfect. I even want it out when it is shady, just because it looks so beautiful. The area you chose to install on the roof, is also the perfect spot. The delivery and installation was quick and painless for us.
When we built out house in 2004-06, if I had realized how perfect this awning was I would have installed on my other enclosed porch windows. Who knows, we might do that yet. Thanks again for all your recommendations and all your help.
